Astro Aerospace has over 64,000 square feet of floor space with over 45,000 square feet dedicated to production and testing of space products. Capabilities include:
- Class 100,000 clean rooms
- Prototype machine shop
- Thermal and Thermal vacuum chambers
- Passive Intermodulation (PIM) chamber
- Horizontal boom deployment
- Test facility
- Load testing
- Coordinate measurement equipment
Our specialized equipment enables us to be fully self-sufficient in the design, manufacture, integration, and test of space deployables. Additionally, the specialized environmental testing resources at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems in Redondo Beach are available to Astro.; these include thermal, thermal vacuum, vibration, acoustic, and RF testing.
